UOB Indonesia’s privilege banking clients granted free access to airport lounges

Customers can get up to 10 complimentary passes annually.

UOB Indonesia has partnered with Collinson to enable its Privilege Banking customers access to over 1,500 airport lounges globally.

Customers are given up to 10 complimentary passes for lounges in over 700 airports across 145 countries globally under Collinson’s Priority Pass network.

New and existing customers with over US$400,000 worth of assets under management (AUM) by UOB Indonesia Privilege Banking are entitled to a Priority Pass membership, with up to 10 complimentary visits in a year.

Customers with over US$200,000 worth of AUM can enjoy up to 4 complimentary visits in a year.

UOB Indonesia Privilege Banking customers are also given the option to bring their guests along at an additional fee.

The partnership comes at the heels of a study by Collinson, which found that 78% of surveyed customers in APAC would choose to go with a bank because of the travel rewards and benefits they offer.

Indonesia is also slated to attract a landmark 14.3 million visitors in 2024, according to Todd Handcock, global chief commercial officer and APAC president, Collinson International.
