The appointments are effective 1 April.

Mizuho Financial Group (MHFG) has named three new deputy group chief information officers, effective 1 April.

Hirofumi Aihara, Naohiko Kimura, and Takefumi Yamamoto have been appointed to take up the new roles in MHFG and in Mizuho Bank.

Apart from appointing deputy chief information officers, Mizuho Bank and Mizuho Trust and Banking Corporation have also named Hiromichi Shimada as the deputy head of the asset management division, effective 1 April.
