Siam Commercial Bank's digital banking head to speak at the 2017 Retail Banking Forum Bangkok
Tana Pothikamjorn will discuss how to transform businesses for the digital age.
Tana Pothikamjorn currently serves as head of digital banking at Siam Commercial Bank. He is responsible for driving digital engagement and the digitisation of products and services across the bank. Tana is a Silicon Valley veteran having spent his previous years in corporate development, product management, and product development at Yahoo! and Intel.
Tana holds a B.S. from Northwestern University and an M.S. from Stanford University.
He will be one of the speakers at the Bangkok leg of the 2017 Asian Banking and Finance Retail Banking Forum which will be held on March 15 at The Conservatory Room, The House on Sathorn, W Bangkok. The event will be led by top thought leaders from Bain & Company and EY.
"I’m no expert, but experiences in building products and engaging customers from my dotcom days really shaped how I’m driving digital at the bank today," says Tana.
His key business philosophies are: obsess over customers; fail fast, learn fast; create energy and clarity; and he believes in the importance of a working software over detailed documentation.
