What are your key business philosophies?
Dream big and act now. Thinking and dreaming big motivate me during the ups and downs in my career. We have limited time, so just dreaming big is not enough, we must act now to make our dreams come true.
Can you give us a glimpse of what you will talk about at the Asian Banking and Finance Retail Banking Forum?
I will be talking about the dilemma of digital transformation for a challenger bank.
In this session, I will share OCBC NISP's journey towards digital transformation. Moving from the SME segment to the retail consumer segment and developing its digital self-service offering, OCBC NISP faced several challenges, including tight competition against incumbent banks, increasing regulatory constraints and minimal resources.
The Jakarta leg of the Asian Banking and Finance Retail Banking Forum will be held on April 5 at the Ritz-Carlton Mega Kuningan, with thought leaders from Bain & Company and EY leading the charge.
