Security Bank launches human capital management platform

It will service its 7,000-strong workforce.

The Philippines’ Security Bank has partnered with Darwinbox to launch its human capital management platform HeRO.

The HeRO platform offers end-to-end services covering the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to retirement.

In a press release, Security Bank said that it aims to provide its 7,000-strong workforce with simple, progressive mobile-first HR solutions.

Darwinbox and Security Bank will do a phased implementation to ensure the successful adoption of scheduled functionalities whilst performing business-as-usual tasks.

“Security Bank is committed to being the preferred employer in Philippine banking. To do so, we’re investing in employee development and technology to simplify processes and enhance work-life balance,” said Nerissa Berba, executive vice president and head of Human Capital Management.
