Kotak Mahindra Bank
Kotak Mahindra Bank is an Indian financial services company headquartered in Mumbai.
The bank was formed after Kotak Mahindra Finance received a banking license from the Reserve Bank of India in February 2003. This makes it the first non-banking finance company in India to convert into a ban In April 2015, ING Vysya Bank merged with Kotak Mahindra Bank, expanding its assets.
The bank has four Strategic Business Units – Consumer Banking, Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking and Treasury, which cater to retail and corporate customers across urban and rural India.
